Here’s another reason why I love what I do. A couple of weeks ago, I got to follow Andrea around to some of her favorite spots in the city and photograph her doing some sweet dance moves (cue Napoleon Dynamite. Just kidding. She’s way better.) So basically, I got to reevaluate what I’m doing with my life and figure out how to get bendy. Regardless, here is the result and one of my favorite sessions to date. Just sayin’.. No pressure.

A friend recently tied the knot and I was honored to be asked to document the big day! Chance and Jennifer said their “I Do’s” in a beautiful setting in League City, Texas with some bright-hot Texas summer heat. 😉 It was by far one of the most fun and energetic weddings I have been a part of. Chance and Jenn, thank you for including me in your day! Teri and I had a BLAST.

Before the ceremony started, their wedding bands were passed around their family and friends for blessings, well wishes, and prayers.

It’s been a little quieter around here than usual (at least as far as the blog posts and updates go..)
& That, my friends, is because my husband and I got to bring this charming little guy into the world last week and our lives have been an intense whirlwind ever since.

It’s Spring here in Houston.
It’s also 25°F and raining.

For those of you from anywhere else in the world, I’m sure this is a trivial sight to see.. but for those of us here, it’s something we get maybe once or twice a year and take far too many pictures of. =)
